Notes:  Brad charges.  It's nothing new though.  He's been doing it for decades.  Brad remains one of the few people in Orange County to actually skim the whole thing.  Most people in the area have either a Laguna or Newport centric idea of what skimboarding in Orange County is.  Not Brad.  He was one of the first skimboarders to ride big wedge back in the eighties.  He pioneered riding spots like Surfside and Seal Beach.  He has even been known to ride Huntington pier on the right tide.  He still like Laguna though, who wouldn't?  He just likes to keep his options open.

Brad has been ripping ever since I can remember.  When I was first getting into skimboarding back in the late 80's he was one of the guys who was always around, smiling and having a good time.  He is an excellent sidewash rider who can milk just about anything all the way to the shore.  He is also known for sliding a long way to reach some distant peak and ride it back to shore (Hence his nickname, legs).  He is taller than most pro skimboarders and has a smooth style.
