vics rails tend to do that, just patch up the deep parts with suncure, the rest should be fine.

just about any surf shop. just put a little bit of the suncure on your rails and press it into the rail so it fills any openings that might lead to foam.

i see that happening a lot where the rail cracks off a bit from the bottom. suncure should do the trick. get it at bout any surf shop. its just fiberglass goo in a tube that dries quick in the sun. doesnt look like youll need any professional repair with that. just watch it and match sure it doesnt get worse.

    http://www.skimcity.com/store/home.php?cat=3528

theres a bunch of different kinds. There is the small and large tube fiberfill which done need mixing, then there are the ding all repair kits that are used for differnt kinds of material and size of dings.

i just have the no mix white tubes. they are fine for small stuff. any big deep gashes of dings then it may need board shop help or to go with the ding all kits if you can do it yourself.

get the Sun Cure Ultra White Filler Resin if your board is white, it will blend in.

you can get a small tube for around 5 dollars and you would need some sandpaper to sand it down once you're done suncuring it(sanding the rough edges sticking out).

just go to a local surf shop to get sun cure
its just normal suncure you want not epoxy(unless you have an epoxy board)

where in central cali is he that doesnt have a surfshop is my question?....and at home depot you could get 2 part epoxy which would probably work pretty decently. It comes in like a double shot looking thing so you get a 1 to 1 ratio and then you mix them up.

yeah sand it down at least a little otherwise it wont stick as well...and 2 part epoxy from home depot sticks to anything pretty much just read the label what it works with and decide.
