dude or you could just talk to sean stevens aka gorilla drop master

he can get out much further than the average one step cause the final extra push you can give by tossing your body down onto the slope can generate insane speed and momentum as you head out to the wave

i cant really do it...but coming from someone like me (being tall) i cud understand where he is coming from. cuz you have to take into affect that longer legs would be harder to bring up into that position onto the board...but w/e i suck at it get hugo into this thread

one i herd of is...

u run with the board in front of you and when u get to the water u drop down like you were layin on a surfboard then pop up


and one that i tried was...


you run with the board out in from of you and when u hit the water drop down but immediatly put your feet on the board
