Sol Skimboards

I was looking at your list of boards and noticed sol wasn't on there. I was wondering if you guys had heard anything about them. Right now im looking at upgrading from a Vic Ultra Vac to a Sol Carbon Wrap. I live on the gulf coast and i heard they are good for around here because they float well. Get back at me please. If you think i'd be better off with a different board please say so.

Well i dont know anyone personnaly who rides one but i do know that a carbon wrap is very thick which means it probably has alot of float. I have heard good thinngs and bad things about the company. You always can look at the higher end Zaps or any other brand. Look into local shapers like Concept's. But going from a ultra to a carbon sol is going to be a big difference

I skim usually at the boardwalk in Destin but all the tourists there latley are making it a pain so im searching for a new spot. I need a large sol carbon wrap if anyone is interested in selling theirs.
