    Default Best gulf board?

Ok i have had a wedge for awhile now and i am going to upgrade. I am about 135-140lbs and need input on whether to buy a zap comp carbon or a exile carbon hybrid rocker. I was thinking about getting a medium should I stay with medium or go large?

I don't ride gulf but if you have enough for an exile, you would probably be more satisfied with it.(Small)(Med/Small).

Fyi, I would try out a m/s carbon exile before you buy, I think they are waaaaaaaaaay too light.

I Would Call Skim City Greg Hes Pretty Good On Size Per Weight For Riders And Board Company. Just For Some More Experienced Advice, But I Think Zaps Are Better For Our Coast Espicially If Your Not Advanced You Can Tear Up An Exile Quick.

Hey I was gonna start a new thread, but i have the exact same question as stipesta. Need to replace my worn out Zap wedge m, I weigh 160+. Was thinking about getting a vic foamie or grommet, or possibly a wavezone. Thing is, seems like everyone here hates WZ's...curious why.

PS im a broke student, so foam is for me haha

tx and sorry if i jacked the thread

ummm grommets are for little kids.....and a foamie would probably be a step down. maybe go for a sol or an ultravac or some other zap.

    my bad haha

    - Ill keep my eye out on ebay then. I dont really want to move down, if anything I would like to go up. I am still wondering what is up with WZ tho, there are a few factory defect boards on there that are my size.
