The rules say we are allowed to have a small picture in our sig, yet we are not able to use [img] tags while editing out sig's. Why is this?

They were disabled a couple months after we opened the new boards. The rules have stayed the same since the days of the old board.

I know its bad for bandwidth but will it be changed at all? I could care less either way personally.

Images in signatures are gone forever. i dont care about bandwidth. Images detract from teh readability of the forums and are a pain in the ass because people abuse them with advertising persistently.

I will change the rules.

Alright thanks, it wasnt really a problem, i just didnt know if one of the settings was incorrect.
