computer help...no disk drives?!

so heres the deal. after cleaning out my computer and running disk defrag, i restart my computer and pop in roller coaster tycoon (hell yes). the light on my disk drive blinks as usual (reading the disk) then nothing happens. so, i go to 'my computer' hoping to see my two drives (C: and D:.) and my two disk drives (E: and F:.). i go in, and all i see it my C and D drives, but not the disk drives. so it seems as though i dont have my disk drives 'installled.' im hoping i didnt delete a driver of some sort that recognizes my disk drives. can anyone help me out here?
