Opinion on chic skimmers?

so im a girl skimmer. i mean lilskimchic doesnt give it away. lol i have been skimming for almost 4 years now. there is this huge thing down at my local beach saying that girls shouldnt be able to skim in contests. that they arent good enough that its a waste of time. Whats ur opinion? xoxo

That's the dumbest shit I've ever heard, I bet Helen Holt would do better then 1/2 her age division if you put her with the guys (which is a competetive division). Also chicks that skim are hot (in theory atleast).

lol i do but its kinda hard to have some say so in it when ur the only girl in your town that skims. and u have to be in a guys division b/c local comps dont have a girls division.

there has to be a couple more girls in your town that skim besides you, just keep an eye out for them or go to the head hancho of the comp. and ask how many other girls came , or if he knows any that could compete.

I'm all for girls skimming, if its something you love to do, dont let anyone stop you from doing it. I think its kinda hot when I go down to the beach and see a girl skimming

I skim agianst girls that are better looking than me and I've won like 7-8 contests (just gulf coast, my first east coast contest will be indiatlantic). The only thing I hate is when I lose to girls doing headstands and flatland bs tricks.

I think i have kinda always been the only girl skimmer in Venice. I know of 2 others but I never see them actually skimming. I just try to keep up with Boom, Dion, and the rest of the Nokomis boys.

I'm going with the majority here. I skim with Helen Holt a lot and she is just as good if not better than I am. Dumb thought to not let girls skim in contest, and, 'tis true, girls that skim are super fine.

lilskimchic, which contests don't have a division for girls/women? the only one i can think of is skimcity's just 4 fun, because 1) it's just for fun, and 2) he only runs 3 or 4 divisions based on talent level.

the one i run for west coast surf shop in bradenton every august has an amazing amount of girls that enter. i think it was last year there was 21 girls.

but don't let them guys get to you lilskimchic, they just sound jealous. there's some really decent girl skimmers in florida. just keep hitting it hard and prove those guys wrong.
