Why cant I have a hot waitress

aaaaaaaaaahhhhhhahahaha. this is hilarious. come eat at the restaurant where i bartend. but you have to go upstairs. i'm convinced my boss won't oesn't hire ugly people (other than me of course), at least for the upstairs nite crew.

but i get the same problem, only backwards. when i waited tables, i never got the hot guys in my section. now that i bartend, i get hot guys at the bar, but i rarely have the time (or the social skills) to talk to them for any good amount of time.

i've worked in restaurants for a long time, in a lot of different cities, and mostly yes, they do tip cheaper than younger people. but my bar is a local watering hole type deal where the clientele are a lot of retired people with waaaaaaay too much money and waaaaaaaay too much time. so we are kind of like their family. for happy hour, i could probably name 80% of the people sitting at the bar on most days. so to answer your question, no, they don't tip badly at my restaurant/bar. oasis is one of those waaaay chill, plastic cups, live music every night unless football is on, drink while you work, beach bum type places.

I usually fly on aloha airlines when I go back and forth from hawaii and california, and theyre all pretty young and some are kinda cute. But over the summer I took american airlines. Wow, you wanna talk about trolls, those flight attendants are worse than trolls. Sorry, thats just what comes to mind when I hear troll servers.
