well i have been in colorado for 2 days now for a good old fashioned hick wedding. This place sux. it seems like there is no point to do anything while im here. when there is no ocean around i dont really get the motivation to do anything. it seems weird but the farther away frokm the ocean i am, the shittier the place gets. thoughts?

I was in that position a few weeks ago. I went to Buffalo, NY "where I was born" for 4 days and it sucked ass. There was nothing to do there besides go to a club on Saturday night, and go to Niagra Falls. The rest sucked, besides seeing the family. I hate going to places without a beach, it makes me feel like I'm in prison.

I skimmed the Boulder Reservoir all spring (school)... It sucked, however it was perfect for learning no step back foot etc.

A huge percentage of the economy in Colorado is based on tourism. I find it pretty hard to believe there is nothing to do, what part of the state are you in?

well. im near boulder at a dude ranch for my sisters wedding. all ive done is swim in there pool and go bike riding a lot on my mountain bike. i would do morer sutff but the elevation is 9000 feet and you get winded from a light walk. we r going to head down tgo ouray for a couple days and do some river rafting and rents some jeeps and go wheeling for the day. it way pretty hear but it just feels like prison not having an ocean around. i also was gonna bring my dirtbike but i need to replace the lower bearing aqnd the parts hadnt come in by the time we left
