    I could benefit more from the hike up and down those steps right now (marathon training) than the skim I'm sure.

    lol, that would be more of an ultra length...which is what my ultimate goal is. So far I've only got as far as Main St. Huntington. (13 miles)


    The sprints from skimming do take the place of one of my training days though.

    13 miles isnt too shabby. I havent been doing much running lately, but Ive been swimming between 3-5 miles everyday six days a week, which is the equivalent of about 12 to 20 miles. (1 mile of swimming is the aerobic equivalent of 4 miles of running)

    I wish I had a decnt pool nearby. I miss the old swim team days and workouts.

    my dad runs marathons. he does like 70 miles a week haha

    I'm currently at about 30 a week. Less than a month into training though.
