No...ones fallen off the truck don't carry a full warranty. AFAIK, they have to be scanned by Apple and put into thier registry for the warranty date to be taken.

These have a full warranty and are still factory sealed/registered.

Yeah price is firm. That's like $25 off the price when you goto an apple store as it's $80 + tax. More if you buy it form an online retailer....

I had 15...I'm down to 4.

I wish I worked for apple...wait, no I don't, thier discount SUCKS unless you're a manager...and even then, it's not that great....

That's not bad of a price. You should let us know if you get any more in. I got an ipod nano for Christmas instead of an ipod shuffle clip. They were out of them when my husband went shopping for my gift. Oh well.
