This is inspired by the 'creatine' thread.....i was surprised by how many people on here work out.....or at least type like they do. So.....what did you workout today (or the last time you trained) and what did you do?
- 7 minutes of cardio
- narrow grip pull-ups (v grip)
- cable row
- uni-lateral pull downs
- bent over dumbell rows (80 with consecutive 40lb drop set)
- and cable stiff arm pull downs
all 4 sets, 3rd and 4th to failure.
then one ab exercise, forearms, stretched.....done.
