Where to get the new Wombat

I'm thinking of asking for a Wombat for christmas just for fun. But i just read on Victoria's website that they've improved it. All the wombats on skimcity and skimshop look like the old style. Does anyone know a way/where to make sure I get the new version?

because its way harder to skim on then a skimboard so everything you do is that much better and you can paddle it out and it hit you in the head and you can laugh,not bleed.

I get what he's talking about a bit here. He was riding a Wombat at 26th one day and paddled out on it and was surfing it and went for an overhead drop and his board came in with a big crease.
He didn't seem very happy. Something about not having another board on one of the better days of the year seemed to set him off...

the fact that beaver grabbed my board after i fell,paddled it out sat there was about to get sucked over on a set wave on "one of the better days of the year"(god your lame if you think that was but...) then somehow slipped off it and only the board got sucked over with the lip right on its nose,floated up the beach and had that crease you fracking cool guy who knows all but i bet you were just getting over that day huh?.....on a roush huh?...

Not sure if anyone has seen this before but the Wombat comes with built in leash plug & a fin box for a small surfboard fin!

I really like those two additions. It looks badass but I am skeptical as to what might be the advantage to the fin. Can you dropskim with the fin attached? or what? Advice please. Tell me anything and everything you know about a skimboard with a surf fin on the bottom. LOOKS SWEET!

You kids have no Idea. But on the wombat note, they are sick as aids. There a multi skim. Yo ucan skim boggie, surf all on one board. If the waves are to far to slip to you can paddle out to the wave and still get a sick ass ride. Plus they are soft so if you get smacked by it you have nothing to worry about. So by all means by one, if I had the money right now I would get one in a heart beat.
