i would try RIT dye, and probably not spraypaint, because i think it would make the arch slippery and wouldnt come out well. if your pad is white, try RIT dye, but if it is dark i think you may be out of luck.
who said the east coast sucks?

touche, i guess spray paint works, but you can find RIT dye at walmart sometimes, or at an arts and crafts store, or google it.

ok i am officially considering doing this as a nice little project, and i would like to know from you people with experiance in this field,
what steps would i have to go through?
cuz i thought that by soakin the pad in the dye it would ruin the adhesive on the back of the pad?

ok screw the rit dye. you can spray paint it for probably cheaper and easier. go get you the color spray paint. if you're not 18 bring your mommy or daddy and buy the color you want. put the arch bar on a table with something under it so you dont ruin the table. spray it, and let dry. stick it on. wala!

^yee son I just covered around the pads with masking tape and paper and then sprayed it with a light coat and then a light clear coating. Its still super grippy but it feels a little stiffer. But its BALLIN!
O yea I havent been able to take out yet but hopefully this weekend Ill see how the paint holds up.

no i used the rit dye to dye some springs for a dune buggy.. it worked really well! but it was a huge mess...
