Don't say that. I quit piano lessons pissed off at like 10 years old. It was a chore. That shit is the reason I didn't touch a piano until sophomore year of college. As soon as I started from scratch again, alone, the magic started happening. Being told what to play, and how to play, might be the one thing that can successfully stifle real talent.
