How's Plymouth, MA for riding?

I'm going on vacation with my family to Plymouth for a week. The house is on the beach, so if it's good for riding, I'll be out all day. My mother was saying it's probably going to be all flat land. I ride a Zap Pro, should I bother bringing it?

If you find a beach with slope, there will be little waves. The cape blocks most of the swell so don't expect anything unless there's a storm. You're better off going north to Marshfield or Scituate

To be honest I have no choice, the house is on the beach, and I can't legally drive. My parents would have to be really drunk for me to convince them to let me drive. Anything in walking distance?
