Default Spots near Folly Beach. SC?

So im going to be staying in Folly Beach next week with my family and was wondering if there are any decent places to skim around that area. Ive read Edisto Beach can be fun and would be willing to drive there as well just not sure which section of the beach I should check out. If anyone has any ideas let me know! (you can PM me if you want to keep it a secret ) Im stoked to skim somewhere besides south florida lol.

hey man theres a few spots that can be good. my main spot is kinda out of the way but worth it. when ur on the main road getting into folly take a left on the first light. follow that road all the way down until u reach a circle at the end. park ur car and walk down the pathway its about .5 of a mile. ull see two big piles of rocks. go to the right of the closest one to you (theres kind of like a lagoon). its only good at high tide. it can range from nothing at all to shoulder high liners. it all depends on the swell and tide, but if u get there when its shoulder high, the lines are the cleanest ive seen on the east coast, but most of the time its just 1-2 footers. good luck haha
