Default Thought this might be interesting...

I like to read and investigate alot... I was watching a few skate vids and came across the godfather of skate Rodney Mullen. After reading his bio i found out that he has a company with Daewon Song. The point of this is thread is to point out the direction where skateboards are going. Rodney makes skates out of some wood, carbon fiber, foam and epoxy. JUST LIKE SKIMBOARDS duhh... Its interesting aint it? Look at them http://almostawebsite.com/impact-support/ , http://almostawebsite.com/double-impact/ http://almostawebsite.com/uber-light/ .. Theres 3 models , the last 2 i feel that they are skims on wheels! This is not promotional at all, just thought u guys might like a good read and for the ones that make skims , an oportunity to grab some ideas! , heres the bio of the legend http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rodney_Mullen ( he invented the ollie, i didnt know that)

I have thought about this. When im done with my next board im gonna put some paris 180s on it and use it to cruise around and look like a kook. Kinda relavant to the topic of having a skate board made of carbon and resin.
