In a broad sense, yes. But it depends on how you define "enjoy". Could it mean being of legal age to drink? If so, then you'd of had to have been born prior to 1980 (at least to have began drinking in 1999, assuming abiding by legal constructs and ignoring delinquency). Could "enjoying" mean being of legal age to buy smokes? Get high? Or drive a car? Participate in political events? Fashion trends and music?

Or could it mean enjoying the fracking TV shows on Nickelodeon as an 5-7 year old kid, despite the undeveloped cognitive processes required to interpret TV shows under the spectrum of "Frattiness"?

I was a mere tyke in the 90's and still xenjoiied the frack outta 'em.

i was born in 91 and i feel like the 90ss were a huge part of my life. i grew up on 90s nickelodeon regardless. and snacks. which were the best parts of the 90s anyways.
also, frack all this frat shit. its a whole bunch of turds.

I'm a 90 and I feel that 91 maybe 92 is the youngest you can go to have remembered and enjoyed 90's Nickelodeon cartoon gold. I was talking to some freshmen from 93 and they did not know half of the classics I were talking about.
