    Exclamation Moving to California HELP

So my parents decided it'd be best for our future to head out West and make a living were skimboarding is takin more serious.
Basically my parents are sick of Fl and miss their old home so they're taking me with.
I want to know where you you people in California would recommend searching for houses to rent thats nice and near good skim.
Preferably in-between the Dana Point area down to San Diego.
ALL HELP WILL BE GREATLY appreciated and rep will be given.

If you are looking for a house, they are in high demand right now so getting a single family residence is kinda hit and miss.

If you are looking for apartments, there are the City Lights in Aliso Viejo. It's about 15 minutes away from Laguna and it's in a pretty convenient city (Costco, Target, In-n-Out, Theaters, etc.)

You can also check realtor.com as well as craigslist.org

dana point and Laguna niguel are pretty clutch in terms of being nice, affordable and close to good skim.

all options mentioned here are reasonable. just depends on budget and job location etc...

Yeah, you definitely don't want San Diego. All the areas San Clemente on up to Newport are pretty nice. It really just depends on what you want and how much you're willing to pay for it.

San Clemente to Huntington is close to surf & skim. Also check some off beach places. Tustin, Irvine,Costa Mesa the nicer the place the more $$$. Tustin & Irvine are good off beach options

Huntington is good because you can do some good surfing or body surfing down by the cliffs, not too far from Laguna, and nice and close to Seal for when it decides to go off. House for sale on my street!

Along the coast you could be in Newport/ Balboa, Carona Del Mar, Laguna, parts of Huntington (only within 5-10 minutes from the coast though), seal beach (gets good skim and there are nice houses on the beach and around that area, although the beach can be pretty loc'd out with body boarders and surfers)..

inland you could go Orange (20-30 minutes from newport give or take 10 mins), Irvine (quick drive to laguna), Tustin, like mentioned above, and Costa Mesa ( REALLY close to newport)..all mentioned are pretty nice areas with good houses, although home prices will definitely vary depending on city and what area of the city.

Of course there are a couple that I haven't mentioned, I just can't think of them at the moment. Take a map and plot out all the cities that seem fairly close to the beach and convince your parents to listen to you..Good luck on your move, you definitely won't be disappointed

edit: whoops, didn't read the part about the preferable location being between dana point and sd

I moved from the gulf to san clemente, it's pretty sweet here. And you have le trestles for el surfing and various other sick breaks.
I see that you are a fagot because you are riding that fixie.
