As a Filmer/editor myself i stand behind this.
Should respect the dudes/chicks who recorded you skimming (when they could have been skimming themselves)

Always ask for permission, for 2 reasons.
1. Nice thing to do
2. Might get you the actual clip (better quality then your ripped one.)
