The simple fact of the matter is, it was our big brother night. We were having a good ass time, no one was forced to do anything, and the kids who went to the hospital for drinking chose to drink that much (and trust me, they did not need to go to the hospital).

There were no hot dogs in rectums, and there was no gay shit. The simple fact of the matter is, I was one of those pledges. If it was that bad, I wouldn't be sitting here defending SAE.

The real fact is, all 20 of us pledges were at the house the next day, because we were all extremely worried what was going to happen. The brothers made a bad choice by having that night at the house, but it's pretty obvious the police were tipped off. The sounds from the house were barely audible outside, as our neighbors at KD next door told us. There was no moaning and aggitated screaming, what the cops heard was music. The UCFPD is basically a force of overpaid security guards looking to be the heroes. Really, they are a bunch of douchebags who helped ruin something real great for all of us. To protect and serve!

I couldn't expect you to understand. I used to think it was paying for friends, and I used to be the guy that would be laughing my ass off now as well. I learned pretty quickly that's not at all how it is.

On the shallow side, I have met more people through the greek system than would have if I was never in it, and I am a pretty darn outgoing guy. Not to mention the amounts of girls and hookups at bars (that are run by greeks around here), I've already made connections that are going to help me throughout college. Having a house full of older brothers who have taken the same classes you are in, and have hookups with internships is inherently valuable. Not saying that if I wasn't greek I wouldn't be having fun, but I have probably had way more fun thus far because of it.

I'm not even angry with you guys because I used to have the same attitude

I was a sig ep at ucf. If they would have busted in to our smoker (big brother night)......they would have found trashy female strippers and all of us hammered smoking cigars. Then we weould throw a party after. It was sick.

Geez I lived in a house w/ 4 other guys, and with even the amount of people in our network it was ridiculous, it was like people overload. I'd rather have a few quality friendships than a hundred acquaintances. You meet somebody, have a 3 minute conversation, while drunk, then forget their name and vaguely even remember talking to them when you see them in class the next semester. Big deal. Yeah we used to go to the frat parties during rush week just to watch the drunk losers in the frats try to "win us over" with beer. It was fun to get free beer, meet some girls, and frack w/ the frat guys.

Yeah, our charter is gone indefinately. We have an appeal this summer so we'll see what happens. The Sig eps are the only guys who really have our backs, I have alot of friends in there. They were having something crazy at their house the same night.

Yeah, the party was about to happen. We were about to find out who our big brothers were (it's a process) and it was gonna be sick. But whatever, frack the ucfpd.
