Archery is pretty awesome though especially combined with sneak. Sneak around and one shot enemies left and right. Dungeons would be a breeze if Lydia would stop blowing my cover by hollering and engaging an enemy at first sight.

I stole it when I was only level 3 and was the best you could get until higher levels. I currently have firiniels end. It's like 43 damage.

the best part to me is running around from city to city exploring. too much fast travel cuts alot of exp out.

and never fast travel, youre going to miss a lot of places and people. youre going to want to meet the guys who get their enchanted items stolen by a lonely bandit, you kill the bandit take the item, then when the owner comes to look for it you play poker face.

this game sounds insanely awesome but with the semester coming to an end i think im gonna wait til then haha, game seems way to addicting.

you choose when you want to be a werewolf, but once a werewolf you have to wait for it to wear off or if you want to stay as a werewolf you have to feed on people
its in the companions quest line. you can find the companions in whiterun in a building called jorrvaskyr. theyre like the fighters guild in the previous elderscrolls, its about 3 quests in i think. once you have the power you can change into a wearwolf at will, the more people u feed on the longer you can be one... i have yet to use it, its lame
god damnt it. told myself i wouldnt play till I finished my paper and presentation, but i ended making a whole new character.
oh and dont waste your time with destruction unless your dual wielding cause it starts to suck around level 20 due to lack of scaling
this game is immense. i've spent a many hours playing, yet i've only completed like 2 or 3 of the main quests. feelsgood to not breeze through a single player experience in 4 hours
so conclusion is this get this game?
any problems running it on pc not related to system not being fast enough (ie licensing issues, game crashes, corrupted saves, etc). last 2 bethesda games ive played on pc have had issues with the saves.
get it if you can put social life and studying aside for a while. and like any bethesda game, it does have bugs but i havent encountered any that had to deal with saves.
maybe just pirate it to try it out? im doing that right now, i actually do plan on purchasing but im definitely not going to pay $60 for a console port with bugs.
just picked the game up the other night. havent had a chance to play yet due to the business of the holiday.
any character builds that are significantly better than others?
i was thinking of a redguard using two 1-handed weapons and heavy armor with minimal magic. is there a reason that just wont work?
