I guess they really did nerf it, apparently you have to have made a purchase on the account now.

I set my birthday as today and made it on the 10th and still nothing. Lot of people reporting the same.

I got support to give me a 10% off code which would make it $51.
I dont know if I should go for it.

You don't get all the perks that you do ordering straight from origin though. Like the expansion packs and whatever else for pre ordering.

pretty sure you'll still get the map pack (all pre-orders do). all the other origin extras are pretty weak anyways... best thing you get is the 48 hour early beta access. all the weapons and upgrades or whatever it is that the pre-oredereres are getting will eventually be available to the public, just like in bc2. but you're right, origin has the best (or at least the most) pre-order shit

if youre paying 60 bucks for a frackin game, map packs and shit should be free or at most 5 bucks.

i hate shelling out like 15 bucks to buy new maps that usually suck for the most part, seems like theyre just milking money otu of these games at a certain point. not sure about BF specifically though.

they'll just add it to your origin game library, the offer supposedly is for pc preorders only but walruz996 managed to get a copy even though he ordered the 360 version. go here https://helporigin.secure.force.com/...ontext=browser and click on live chat, tell them you preordered bf3 but havent received dead space 2 and give them your order #
