You redditors may have seen this, but for the others, this is a brilliant idea that needs to be shared. It's perfect for me b/c we recently moved offices and now there's no shower, and a Cuban shower doesn't cut it in the summertime when I go running and come back drenched.

I don't think it's retarded at all. I just got back from a run. I was drenched in sweat. I work in an office where our people are on the 2nd floor of a 2-story building, and the building belongs to the Peninsula Association of Realtors, who all work on the first floor with big glass doors and windows. I have to walk by them all drenched in sweat in my workout clothes to get to the bathroom, where I have to use paper towels to wipe myself down. Had I known about this idea last night, I would have made one of these and brought it to work, and after my run I would have wiped myself down behind the brick wall where the dumpsters are, dried off, put my work clothes on, and walked in looking spiffy.

I hate excercising if I'm not already in water or can't immediately take a shower after. It would be torture sitting at work with a dried layer of sweat all over me.

welcome to my current situation.

Yellow Snow, I don't see how it would be that messy, provided you have enough of a clean water layer to get a full rinse-off. If not, I always keep a couple gallon jugs of water in my car for sandy foot rinse-offs and what not.

meh I would just exercise before or after work so I wouldnt have to deal with sweat or this. plus your hair is still going to smell and be all crusty

I could see it working. It just seems uncomfortable to me.. I mean after working out or playing a sport, the last thing I want to do is sit in front of a computer or desk regardless of my ice soap.
