The legal drinking age in Quebec is 18. Last time I checked, Quebec is still a province in Canada.
I don't see why people make such a big deal about finally being legal and supposedly getting black-out drunk. Most teens have easy access to alcohol. I've been my drunkest and stupidest before I was legal. Enjoy your new-found social responsibilities, if anything.
