I fracking hate weapons in general, I hate the whole weapon industry and I don't respect engineers who spend there professions designing the deadliest mass death weapon of death for the death doers, it's bullshit to me. But to see all this gnarly tactical talk for a fake gun just got me going.
I'm sure it would be fun to frack around shooting each other with bee stings, but the seriousness behind it is the kicker..

Ok I used to play airsoft but paintball still hurts alot more. I regularly played with 450+ fps guns and still paintball hurts more. The paintball field around my area has a bunch of marines that play with frozen paintballs. Now those hurt like shit.
jim as another shooter or simply just as Jim Gordon who can explain anything on SOMB maybe you could best explain how people enjoy paintball or airsoft (no sarcasm/disrespect). ive tried paintballing and airsoft and i could never get into either one, they both felt (not just while firing but everything associated with them) nothing like the actual firearms they are supposed to mimic. that and i didnt find much joy in running around pretending to shoot people or playing mall ninja (although i know many shooters for some odd reason love spending lots of money on these mall ninja scenarios they cook up in their heads).
i also find both ridiculously expensive for what they are. no matter how you cut it $1k for a toy or "pretend gun" is still $1k for a toy... 1k that i could put towards a nice gun or some extra supplies/accessories.
although the one time i would want to play paintball is with the conversion kits you can drop into your real firearms for a training aid in a realistic setting i may encounter in life (ie some people run up to me on the street, some people pretend to break into my house), not playing pretend in the woods or something or annoying paintballer running around behind inflatable obstacles in a super artificial setting. using paintballs b/c they sting and hurt enough to make that learning curve go up without actually being permanently damaging.
hate senseless violence, blind hatred, greed, ambition, and human ignorance/stupidity, not the tools that man has created using the one thing that truly separates us from our other primate cousins. a weapon is nothing more than a simple tool without someone behind it.
also, do you have any actual or real experience with firearms or other weaponry? not you shot a little gun one time, i mean like an actual day of shooting. i used to think pot was the dumbest shiz in the world until i smoked the good stuff a few times and now while i still think its wasted on many people who smoke it, i definitely see the value behind it now and have totally different opinions now.
plus im sure without guns people would find more destructive and effective ways of killing each other. its one of the few things that we consistently do in human history. look at the people in jail making crazy weapons out of the most basic every day items. even if i hated guns myself id definitely want people having guns that are actually difficult and very limited in their comparative destructive potential to use vs not knowing what to do and just doing something as stupidly simple and effective as just hitting stuff with a big car. that and a lot of engineers and chemists would start making bombs and the like too, its really not all that hard once you have a solid understanding of a few topics.
My friends and I played a game and half of us had paintball guns and the other half had airsoft guns. We shot our friend who is 280 pounds and he said that the paintballs hurt more. But my paintball gun is spray painted camoflauge and I wrapped toilet paper around the tip so its silenced. And I use eagle-eye paintballs cause they hurt more.

He got ripped a aeg mauser can shoot way farther than that and it has 550 fps with .20 g bbs. And that gun is only 200. Oh also full metal. 1500 for a airsoft gun is crazy

meaning that info is about the actual gun, not the airsoft replica. I agree that the acronyms they made up in the first paragraph are extremely homo erectus, as is airsoft in general. the word "soft" is LITERALLLY in the name.

Well I don't play paintball, but when I actually did, I played exclusively woods, I thought it took more skill to be able to creep up on someone through the bushes and dome shot them.
Luckily they couldn't lie about being out either, I would just call a ref. It's a little more of a sport than 2 fags dressed like wannabe commandos spraying hundreds of plastic BBs at each other with nerf guns on steroids.
I'm not going to continue this dumb back and forth. Anyways, ill agree when I tried paintball I liked woodball. But a lot of fields were primarily speed ball which I thought was dumb. Hiding behind big ass blowup bunkers and shit.
Most people get airsoft guns from $300 to $500. You can get them in the thousands though (like a full auto SAW) made of metal. Airsoft is a way to practice war without getting hurt. I for one don't like pain, I had enough pain with my cancer treatments. Anyway, the name of the game is not to hurt the other guy but let him know that you hit him. Those little BB's travel fast, so even when I took pixs I had some kind of eye protection. Why? Because it would be really hard to make skims with only 1 eye.

exactly... 5.56 is the measurement in millimeters. you might want to stick to airsoft and leave real guns for the real men.
What gun is easiest to barrel roll with?
the mini guns barrel rolls pretty good.
I was just busting his balls, they are the same round. NATO 5.56 rounds have a different primer though and are probably a little hotter. Any civilian weapon you buy won't be marked 5.56 though, the receivers will say .223.
