They're Cops. Its different than your average gun owner.
basically the guy was threaten at gun point by the police officer to surrounder the phone which filmed the incident. The guy slipped out the SD card and people say the cop smashed the phone.
The guy that did the gun pointing at the end was way out of line it seems, obviously it is a bit out of context and we don't necessarily know what the camera dude was doing but he should not have been threatened like that. One slip of a finger = gone, over some bullshit video imo. Hope he gets what he deserves.

Cops draw their weapons at what they believe is a correct level of force to combat the force they see. Consider the circumstances from the officer's perspective, they see a hand sticking out the window with a small black object pointed at them. Of course we know its a video camera but in the heat of the moment don't you think you'd be on edge too and take our your weapon considering what just happened just down the road? I'm not condoning drawing of weapons on non-threatening people but you have to look at the context of the situation and see it from their perspective. If one officer draws their gun, all of them will.
