If I understand this correctly we now can approve or disapprove of a post or thread. So if some dipshit comes on here and posts trash we can destroy him and his reputation. I love it.

Someone has to click on the, looks like scales, icon below your username.. that adds rep.
I gave jake a rep, something like, "you suck" or "I'm giving you a rep" along those lines i can't remember.
