Dear Congress,
Last year I mismanaged my funds and this year my spouse and I cannot decide on a budget. Until we have come to a unified decision that fits all of our needs and interests, we will have to shut down our checkbook and will no longer be able to pay our taxes. I'm sure you'll understand.

I'm in the military and if you guys decide not to pay me then it's going to very difficult for me to justify going to work. Have fun fighting off the chinese, lybians, north koreans, and terrorists from your front porch. Maybe I'll find someone who is willing to pay me for my skillset, they just might not speak english.

I've always been a taint play man myself, but I'm not going to speak for the majority.
I deploy to Afghanistan in two weeks and i could care less if they didnt pay us. They would end up giving us a frack ton of backpay anyways. But i suppose it does suck if your not deploying because bills and what not
