Skimmers: There will be a just for fun style contest at Stuart Public Beach ON MARCH 19th,2011~!!!. I am going to hold the contest at north Stuart Access, and the entire beach is permitted. 3 Divisions, Entry. Intermediate. Advanced. The entry fee is 25 $ and there are prizes from APEX, OAM & FREAK TRACTION, and OHANA SURF SHOP for the top 3 competitors in each division. I also need judges - WILL NOT BE PAID BUT WILL RECEIVE a free Event T-shirt and LUNCH. MORE INFO @ www.ohanasurfshop.com > single fin show down. Ohana Surf Shop is hosting a 1970's style SINGLE-FIN SHOWDOWN surfing event and the money earned from contestants is raised and donated THE UNITED WAY OF MARTIN COUNTY. There will be tons of food, music, and surf at the same beach where the skim contest will be hosted. Publix is located within a mile of the beach and surf shop.
