go to view profile and then press change membership status or something. surprised you dont get free membership

seems broken to me aswell.. i thought i had automatic renewal fixed the last time i had to renew.. but now i cant login to the members section anymore and i dont see a renewal/change membership button anymore in my profile..

it should be a button that says 'upgrade membership' or 'change membership level' because your account has lapsed

when you go to your profile, if there is a pending renewal you have to cancel it. once canceled you will see this:

click on the 'change membership level' button you see on the right

word... we want to renew, but we are having problems. maybe the site should charge continuously until a cancellation is submitted. 2 bucks a month is a no brainer for mov's content.

I apologize guys, I just found out that Paypal is taking a couple extra days to process automatic payments so your account isn't renewing.

I'm pretty sure that is all of the problem and it should be fixed at least temporarily right now. Let me know if you continue to have any more issues. Thanks for your patience.

mine works fine...auto renewed without my even knowing it was set to auto renew.

maybe it's an issue with how people have their paypal accounts configured, or how they paid initially? my paypal account is linked to my bank and is set to pull money from the paypal account first, then my debit card if the paypal account is empty.

yeah this is what mine does. it could be because hayward fixed some stuff, and when my subscription lapsed i went into my account and forced a renewal instead of letting it reset itself, but since then it has auto-renewed.

auto renew was working for the last 5 months, and then it stopped.. we'll figure it out !!

well theres obviously a deeper issue which i have nothing to do with. All i have to say is if Alley Oop can open up a shop in ft. lauderdale and keep steady, then skimboarding is its own worse enemy for not taking advantage of the potential that it has. Therefore pay your dues and shoot your shit straight because its always gonna be about the money.

I apologize to those of you who are having renewal problems. There is an issue with paypal that I have to fix on a case by case basis so if you've been a member since November and your account hasn't renewed itself, either post your full name on here, pm it to me or email me at ahayward03@msn.com and I'll fix it asap
