I'm going to a house party then were taking a subway downtown to either try to get into a bar which is doubtful because people start lining up for them at like 3 pm or just chill and watch the city count down. What are your plans tonight?

ehh not a huge new years person. bars get crazy packed, all the n00bs are out cause they got their babysitters, too many drunk drivers out, etc.
probs just chilling at my gf's house or at home with a few people and drink some. nothing too wild.
theres a few good parties at some of the bars, but i dont feel like paying cover + drinks + taxi (or find DD).

headache at home last night. passed out around 10:30. first time ive missed new years in probably 10 years. i wouldn't have enjoyed myself much if i was out anyways b/c of the headache so its w/e.
im not that huge on going out and party during new years though for many of the above reasons mentioned in this thread but again, if its the right place/thing, im always down to go.
