Background:
I was banned from a basketball game tonight because they thought I was going to cause a 'ruckas'.
So today I wore all white to school to bring back a cheer squad called the White Tee Death Squad that got banned 2 years back because it was considered racist (I go to a primarily white school which plays primarily black schools).

Story:
Tonight I walk into the school and go to the concession stand. I saw the assistant principal Mrs. Harrison and said "hey". She told me to leave, so I did. As I'm walking out to my car I got the jakes running after me, essiks (county sheriffs) at a brisk walk. They ask if I'm Shawn and I'm like "yeah?" They told me to come with them.

When I got to essiks office they "laid down the law".
Essiks were like "you know you're not supposed to be here" and I said "no?" They talked to me for a while saying how my outfit was inappropriate and then called my mom and acted like I tried to disguise myself at the game by wearing a snowboarding jacket, a hat, and a mullet wig....

I'm getting arrested whenever the school resource officer gets a warrant for my arrest and ISS or OSS in the morning.

They asked you to leave...and you complied. Soo under what grounds do they have for any school suspensions and or arrest?

Its a scare tactic. The police don't need a warrant to arrest you. If they were going to arrest you, they would have done so right then and there. Don't go loosing any sleep over it...

Well the white T shirt death squad started when all the kids from our town were to a black school in Manteo, and more than half basketball team was black and the whole school wore white t shirts to support the team. That is fracking ridiculous that they are trying to claim that it's racist.

i doubt they are guna arest you...sophmore year i was "arrested" for graffiti. the cops came to my school, searched the classroom i was in and found a math sheet i had done with a tag on the back...this tag was my tag and i had been putting it up around the cape for a month or so....they told me the exzact same thing they told you about the warrent thing, it ended up that they called my house a week later and i had to go to the police station with my parents...i doubt there guna put you in handcuffs at school...as a matter a fact i dont think they can unless your over 18...
