The Loon is infinitely better than Walk It Off IMO. The Loon was pretty much the soundtrack to most of my senior year in high school and it was amazing. We were that record out and after 2 years, I finally enjoy listening to it again.

I just got "The Name of this Band is Talking Heads" earlier today and I had no idea of the awesomeness of the talking heads. I've always liked them, my parents did so I've heard them forever, but god damn, every time I hear this one, it just makes me flip my shit.
The guitar work and Byrne's voice in this song are just fracking perfect.
The bassline in this song is perfection

Hell yeah foo. The first two CDs I was ever given was the best of the talking heads and sgt peppers.
This must be the place ftw
My parents had Remain in Light, Speaking in Tongues and Stop Making Sense. Burning Down the House and Once in a Lifetime were favorites of my childhood.

talking heads is where it's at.
The recent output of "good" music coming out has been at an all time low, hence my brief absence. I'm alive. Nice posts guys, thanks for keeping it going.

I love Cut Copy more than anything and this new song sounds rad as hell. I've been waiting for new stuff from them, i'm super excited. The beginning reminded me of Men at Work so much, I hope they play with that more on the album.
