I thought the first one was absolutely terrible. I felt that there was no subastance in the middle, and as though I was waiting for the movie to begin the whole time. Not the least bit scary either, but these are just my opinions. Definitley did not see them making a second, and I will not waste my time watching it.

i would have liked the first one better if my sister didnt see it with her friends the week before and ruin the movie for me. i was being "that guy" who calls every scary part out before it happens.

look at the very end of the trailer when it shows the empty bedroom where the crib is. In the mirror, the baby is there standing in the crib, but he/she is not in the crib.... weird

you don't need great production value to make a good scary movie
all you need is dedicated actors and a great story and neither of these things is what this movie had

Exactly what I thought! especially an hour into it, when nothing has happened except the people go to work and come home.

To be honest I can't really say that any movie recently has "scared" me except when something pops out I may jump a little. I was scared of a lot of movies when I was younger but now I feel all the movies are the same, rely on boo tactics. In the end I can always go home and sleep like a baby.

For some reason zombie/infection type movies bother me a little so any of those kind of movies I would say are better, like "28 days later" for example, but thats just my opinion.
