get the paste. buff it on, let it dry to a haze(about 15 minutes), then buff it off. same way you wax your car.

well, everglide paste comes with an application pad, but you need some type of a cloth to buff it off.

no you don't....you just need a towel to buff it off. it comes with a pad to buff it on, and you can use any kind of cloth to buff it off. like a towel, shirt, whatever.

I have the everglide spray bottle stuff. Just put two sprays on, wipe it around, and buff it off with a t-shirt. If any of the boxes say terry-cloth crap, just use a regular white t-shirt with no graphics or anything, like a hanes undershirt and you'll be fine...

I cant say which is best though, sam and them might be right with the wax type stuff, it might be better than the everglide spray?

You really don't need to buff it with a rag.

Just put a coat on your board, let it haze up and dry, and just go to the beach and rub a handful of dry sand on the bottom. It shines it up real fast and is a LOT easier than using a rag.

    It's the bottom of a skimboard...not a ferrari.

no it's not. the paste lasts longer than the spray, and in my opinion, works better.

    ....

you don't have to spend 14$ shipping from the east coast for a can of speed wax unless you overnight it or something like that.
