Skim for a Cause 2010 will be held on the North side of the Deerfield pier on June 26, 2010.

This year we have partnered up with the AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY to raise funds and awareness for Skin Cancer. In addition to the Skim contest there will be FREE SKIN CANCER SCREENINGS!!!!.

Cocktail night @ JB's on June 19th, which will be a fundraiser for the event and organization.

Now I know many of you are like a skim contest in late june.....in south florida????? If you are concerned about conditions don't be, because we will also have a SUP race and SAND CASTE BUILDING CONTEST.

Yes a SAND CASTLE BUILDING CONTEST!

-Entry fee for both of these events is $25, payments need to sent to Island Water Sports.

-It is $25 before Wednesday June 23. After June 23, $35
Divisions for the skim contest:

11 and under

14 and under

17 and under

18 and over

Womans


Divisions for the SUP Race:

SUP Prone

SUP Unlimited

SUP 12’6 and under

SUP Womans



All proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society.
