no fin they dont come with one but you can buy a regular surf fin i think

I think it will be fun as a toy. Not a primary board but a fun goof around with you bros board. It doesn't claim to be a high performance board, but a general multi function board for anything. And it would be good for your buddies that want to try to skim but don't know what they're doing... I'd buy it to screw around on.
i have one and u cant skim it or surf it (unless ur really small) it is fun for skurfing though
