    Default SOFLA

As long as i lived in south florida i have never found a good low tide beach to skim. normally a little bit after mid tide its either whitewash bull shit or basically flat land are there any spots where the sand bars don't affect the waves as much as low tide does

beaches change with each swell we get, expecially, in s.florida. ive skimmed spots for months that were a hightide break but then a big swell came and changed the whole beach around, made it deeper and it became a low tide hotspot.
ive been skimming for a good amount of time now and ive seen this happen more than a couple times.
keep your eyes on the tides and the jupiter inlet cam and you will see exactly what im talking about.

I've been wondering this too, it seems like you hear of a lot of west coast spots working at lowtide but as far as i know, ive never skimmed good waves at lowtide. high tide has always been better
