did it just go black or what. describe what happened
I was just watching some skim videos and then a pop up came up and said I had like viruses, then i ran a scan and i had 35 viruses, and i tried to remove them but i didnt install the virus protection right ( I never found out how to put my code in)
So i just turned it off for about 3 hours and then when i turned it back on it would say i had viruses and my background was black but i could see my icons and stuff but whenever i tried to pull something up it wouldnt let me, and when i tried to put my virus protection disc in it wouldnt let that come up either. I NEED HELP!!!

Na there isn't anything important up their
So how would I do that?

You have to go about obtaining an Operating system disc. Do you have the disc that your pc came with still?
Yeah the only disc i know that it came with is all of the stuff i have to put on it like McAfee Anti-Virus, games, H&R block and stuff like that?

if you want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for terribly crappy service, take it to geek squad,
it's probably vista internet security 2010 aka huge fracking scam bullshit malware
here's a how-to on removing it.

go down to the automated removal instructions, it's the easiest way.
I would aspire to be me if I wasn't already
or get SpyBot Search and Destroy. Run it. Then Download Revo Uninstaller and delete any programs that you do not recognize or want. Then, you will be golden, sir.
I suggest making a backup when you clean your pc, so incase it does crash one day, you'll have the restore disc(s)
also get pc tools before i got that i had the same problems with viruses and ive been golden since. really most good and reliable antivirus softwares should do the job...
if you got a popup that told you your computer had viruses and then asked you for a code (aka for you to buy the software) to be able to remove them, then more than likely it was some spyware/malware/trojan/virus and not a vista software.
in my experience, softwares like spybot, adaware (when it was actually a decent software), mcafee and all the other removal softwares only take care of the problem temporarily. they never seem to fully get rid of the problem and it ends up coming back sometime down the road. your best bet is to just reinstall the OS. if your laptop didnt come with an operating system disc then try asking someone you know who works with computers to get you the disc for the operating system that was on the laptop before it died. your laptop should have a serial key for that OS on it some where (more than likely on the bottom) or its with the stuff it came with, this way you dont risk the system shutting down on you if they think you are using an illegitimate version.
if you still have no idea what i'm talking about then call your laptop company, they might not speak the best english but they are usually pretty helpful.
meatball sub from subway on honey oat bread, pepperjack cheese, toasted, all vegetable (not too many cucumbers and onions), chipotle southwest sauce, honey mustard, sweet onion, that vinaigrette stuff for vegetables they have and top it off with their spices <--- heaven on earth
Hit F10 during startup and do a system recovery. install anti-virus programs. Stay off the pronz (for 1 day)
