    Default Uploading a video, help?

I'm uploading a video I edited from the trial version of sony vegas 9. I rendered it as .mp4 and when I try to upload it to youtube or vimeo, it gets to 99%/100% and just says it's still loading. I've let it sit for a day, I've tried rendering it as different formats, and nothing seems to work. If I exit out of the upload thing and check out youtube, it says 'Upload aborted'. Vimeo eventually came up with an error screen as well.

It's under 2 gb, it's only like 240 megabytes or something along those lines. It's only 5 minutes long, but it does have music I downloaded from beemp3, but I don't think this should be a problem?

No known pop blockers are stopping it, and I've tried doing a barrel roll but this didn't work. Help?
This working out thing isn't working out.
