due to the lack of pics and how much i enjoy shredding nc then i will put a couple pics from this summer. Durtboy how do you think skim spots are found? skimmers drive, bike, or walk and find something good. i usually stop at mp 2 the hilton pier then work my way down thru kdh to find waves. sand is constantly moving and changeing so to find skim you have to Look!!

Hey outerbanks guys, anyone feel like giving me some advice on campgrounds?

If you know any specifically close to skim spots that would help a lot. But I'm thinking of organizing a skimclub trip up before the years out and was wondering where would be the best spot where we're most likely to find a decent wave.

    Rep for productive answers

    Thanks.

Avalon pier is pretty good, Hayman street has its days, and the bathhouse by the black pelican can get good to and the beach has been steep all winter and hopefully it will stay that way.
    Hope that helps
