as i sit here dry heaving, unable to puke or sleep i make a vow to quit drinking for at least a while. i have never been so royally fracked in my enire life. i feel like the shittiest shitted out pieve of shit in existenc.e my head is throbing and my stomach is upside down. and my parents are 25 feet away thinking im sleeping when im really dyinh.

that's why you gotta know how to control yourself. I was at an insane party last night, me and my buddy chugged our last beer at 5 in the morning. We were drunk for 7 hours. Woke up this morning, only slightly hungover. Probably because I sobered up as much as possible and drank alot of water before I went to sleep. It has taken me a couple projectile vomiting sessions (ok... more than a couple) and not being able to see 6 inches in front of me to realize how to pace myself.

what you do is... drink at least a few glasses of water, eat something and take 3 advil, all before bed. you will feel fine in the a.m. also, bad hangovers almost always come from hard alchohol. stick to good 'ol beer.

im surprised no one has addressed the real cause of dry heaves, i have way too much experience with the dry heaves so let me share my unfortunate wisdom

if you got way too drunk and you got dry heaves, you were drinking on an empty stomach, or at least without enough food in it, ive done it a thousand times, skipped dinner after having a light lunch and go get shitty, next thing i know ive had a little much to drink and im way drunker then i should be and cant get better because theres nothing to throw up to get that alcohol out

water is also very good advice, because a hangover is just dehydration, with varying degrees of alcohol poisoning, but once that alcohol is out of your system all you need is water to feel better, and next time make sure your stomach has a good amount of food in it before you drink, or if you forget, eat some sort of bread no matter how much you dont want to eat

well victoriascrub i give you an advice with every drink with alcohol you consume you should drink a glass of water.......i know it's difficult shit to do ...cuz' when you are drunk nothing matters but seriously eliminates the hang over...the next day you'll wake up like if nothing never happened.....
