    Some of the biggest swell in a decade (others saying 40 years) and the contest has only run a handful of times over the past 25 years, last one being held in 2004. Ok maybe not "historical" but definetely worth watching... you never know when itll be held next.

    That wave was nuts, and he rode it straight through into the shorebreak haha, soo sick. I cant imagine the amount of underpull that water has today.

    3rd heat def seeing less bombs unfortunately although they said the bouys are pickin back up again... either way its great to be watching this. And Bruce's shorebreak barrel in 04 was amazing.

    Bruce popped his cherry waaaay too early. He had tons of time left and was already out of the water before the biggest sets came in.

    pipes looking equally as good too... all the sands out the reef should be hollow and pumping. Couldnt have asked for a better way to spend nearly 8 hours of my day.
