yea it did for me. but jan/feb go by sooo slowww. then it starts flyin by once it get warm out again.

you should try tearing multiple tendons in your foot apart and taking a whole year off because you can barely walk! thats when time goes by slow!

your lookin at SE winds after days of heavy NE winds....doesnt look good but the closer you can get to skimmin' as the rain begins in the afternoon might clean it up a enough to catch something...find somewhere with some slope.

u care about the rain because alot of times conditions can clean up during a storm in virginia beach....thats why i said as close to the rain starting as possible...

yeah as close to the rain as possible, well that sounds like you wouldnt skim during the rain. but i do, i just go out for most of the day and skim what i can

ha um how do you even manage that? just wait till a wave pushes it on shore and grab it unless of course its to far out then you have to swim to get it

yeah he just sank as he was wrappingit i guess and hes body was pushed onto shore and his board popped out hte back of the wave and the board was about 20 feet out and he was in a little current i guess but.....and plus it was pretty bad today for skim...just some whitewash that was fun

the spots change you just have to find one you like. i go to the pier cause there are places to eat right there and you dont have to worry about lunch and dinner if you go alll day and there always other skimmers there too

I'm by the pier around this time. But when summer comes around, I'm usually down by 68th. Less crowded down there.

Not sure were I'm staying yet but its gonna be a Hotel right on the beach
What are some good skim spots?
