Tonights menu: Roasted rabbits with fresh herbs, white wine, olive oil, potatoes, carrots, parsnips, and fennel. Aglio e olio spaghetti with pancetta. And two homemade pizzas. One prosciutto, arugula, and parmigano reggiano. The other Sicilian style with kalamata olives, sauted onions, capers, and anchovies.
