AHH DAMN Im fukn up the mix again....This happened in error, my apologies . So if you must ban me or remove one account I dont care just let me know which one I dont even know my own password which his why I fked up the mix. Pass word retrieve did not work as planned either....seeing is I have a Pop up blocker and serious tools here at the orafice that prohibit such access.

d-rock is right. in this case it was probably just a mistake from cookies in different browsers, but pick a single account to use rather than switching back and forth.
i don't think it's a big deal if you abandon an old account and start a new one. i understand people may eventually want to change to a new name, they may have changed emails and forgot their pw, or whatever. the purpose of the rule as i see it is to give mods the power to can someone without warning if they're creating new acccounts to flame anonymously (i.e. not enough balls to do it on their main account), to agree with themselves in arguments (i.e. creating a pretend friend to back them up), or to disrupt the board. all that shit is just stupid anyway. the idea is to prevent people from having multiple ongoing identities for the purpose of being nasty. recall guys like wedgeonwednesday: multiple accounts, spaming, flaming, no real contribution.
(however, if your name is china_shred, you are china friendship)
if you forget your password, there's a pretty simple password retrieval form on the login page. if you need to create a new account, that's fine, but stop using the old one.
different browsers within an hour of each other? during the hours that one would assume is a work day?

The same reason that someone who breaks another rule is told in that thread that they are breaking the rule. The rule was broken in public on the boards, so I didn't see a need to use private messages. Would've worked the same way, sure, but this way reminds anyone else of the rules and that the mods are at least trying to enforce most of them.
