...honestly, how much closer can they get? Turn 10 released a new batch of screen shots today and if I didn't know they were in game shots I would probably think they're real.
If it wasn't for the offset on this MS3 it would look about as photorealistic as you can get.

actually, there are no clues in this "reality" to tell us that it is not virtual. the way we percieve reality is in a sense virtual, because it is constructed in our brains therefore exists in the same sense that video games do in our head.

OK, this is totally OT, but did you see Virtuality? Ron Moore? Thoughtful, smart SciFi dealing with virtual reality, of course, it's on Fox, so without tits, it's a no go, but cool conceptually (per G/G).
